What types of herbs do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of dried herbs, herbal teas, tinctures, and other botanical
products. Our selection includes both culinary and medicinal herbs such as calendula,
chamomile, lavender, echinacea, peppermint, and more. Check out our shop tab for a

Are your herbs organic?
Yes, we strive to source all of our herbs from certified organic growers. Where organic
options are not available, we carefully vet our suppliers to ensure the highest quality,
pesticide-free products.
How should I store dried herbs?
To maintain freshness and potency, store dried herbs in an airtight container preferably
glass in a cool, dark place. Keep them away from moisture, heat, and sunlight to
preserve their flavor and medicinal properties.
How long do dried herbs last?
Dried herbs typically last between 1 to 2 years if stored properly. However, their potency
may decrease over time. We recommend checking the scent and color—if they are
faded or have lost their aroma, it might be time to replace them.
Do you offer bulk herbs?
Yes! We offer many of our herbs in bulk quantities. You can purchase from 1 oz to 1
pound or more, depending on your needs. For bulk orders over 2 lbs., please contact us
for directly.
Can I make my own tea blends from your herbs?
Absolutely! Our dried herbs are perfect for creating custom tea blends. If you need
recipes for blending herbs, feel free to reach out, or see all our social media platforms
for educational videos and we’ll be happy to assist.
Are your products safe for everyone to use?
While our herbs are generally safe for most people, it’s important to note that some
herbs can interact with medications or may not be suitable for pregnant or nursing
women, children, or those with specific health conditions. Please consult with a
healthcare provider or herbalist before using herbs medicinally.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us
for availability and shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping times
vary depending on your location, but most U.S. customers can expect to receive their
orders within 5-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened herbal products.
However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item or damaged packaging),
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to resolve
the issue.
Can I visit your physical store?
We currently operate as an online store only, but we do participate in local farmers'

Do you offer herbal consultations?
We currently do not offer personalized herbal consultations. However, if you have any
